Changes with Blogger?

I came to the realization that there are some changes done by blogger? Apparently, instead of ending with blogger.com, my blog site is now ourjourneysteps.blogger.de! Could it be because they did a detection and found that I am residing in Germany and that my IP is now in Germany? Or.... *shrugs* ........ Other than that, today, I had a problem loading the page of my blog... hmmmmmmm what´s going on?!
